Back Big Hero 6

Movie Synopsis

In this family-friendly animated adventure, orphaned robotics genius Hiro Hamada begins as a directionless young teenager. Soon after his brother begins to inspire Hiro to change the trajectory of his life, tragedy strikes, and Hiro ventures out, seeking revenge. Hiro brings together friends -- old and new -- to bring the mysterious villain to justice. Along the way, Hiro learns about friendship, sacrifice, and the redeeming power of forgiveness.

Caught up in San Fransokyo’s seedy underground, Hiro is rescued by his older brother, Tadashi, and directed towards a prestigious university. Drawn to the camaraderie and challenged by robotics department head Professor Callaghan, Hiro resolves to attend the university. As Hiro celebrates his admission, Tadashi realizes that a nearby building is on fire and rushes in to save the last occupant - Professor Callaghan.

Tadashi dies in the fire, and Hiro’s world is thrust into darkness. He eventually realizes the fire was the work of an arsonist and, along with his brother’s “healthbot” Baymax, he embarks on a quest to bring down the killer. But Hiro’s heart is torn between a desire for justice, and a thirst for revenge. Hiro’s journey is only beginning and he must struggle not only with the villain, but also with his own dark impulses.
